1. What we collect

Inquiry: Name, Company, Email, Telegram/WhatsApp/phone, Budget, Description

Communication: Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Figma

Contracts – WE STORE: signed contracts, NDA, proposals, acts, invoices, addendums. May contain full name, passport data if required, company details, signature. Stored in Google Drive + encrypted local archive.

Auto: IP, browser, cookies, Google Analytics if enabled

Payment: no card data, only invoices, transaction IDs

2. Why

Respond to inquiry, conclude and execute contract/NDA, store contracts for accounting & legal protection (5-7 years by law)

4. Who we share with & Platforms

We do NOT sell data and do NOT transfer to website builders like Tilda. We work with a platform only if you provide access to your own account. Access used only for contract work.

We do NOT impose a platform. Platform is chosen together – we propose solution fitting both sides.

Processors only: Google (email, Drive for contracts, analytics), Figma, accounting, crypto service.

5. Retention

Inquiry without contract: 12 months

Contracts, NDA, acts, invoices, correspondence: up to 5 years after project, some up to 7 years by law

Deletion request does not delete contracts before legal retention expires

6. Rights (GDPR)
