Refund Policy – 4kath.com

1. Principle

Custom design, not off-the-shelf. Refund tied to stages: 1.Discovery 2.Prototype 3.Visual Design 4.Dev/Layout 5.Launch. Each stage paid & approved separately via Email/Telegram/WhatsApp/Figma. Platform chosen together.

2. Revisions

2 rounds per stage, in ONE file only. If sent in multiple messages/voice notes/screenshots – only first 2 lists count. Rest is extra work. After "approved"/"ok" in WhatsApp/Telegram/email – stage approved.

3. Refunds by stage

Before stage started: 100% refund if cancelled in writing within 48h and we didn't start

After start but before first concept: 50%

After concept/prototype/design shown: NO refund for that stage

Stopped project: pay only for completed & current stages

4. No refund for

Change of mind after approval in WhatsApp/Telegram/Email, no content/feedback >7 days, third-party costs (hosting, domain, fonts, plugins – you buy on your own account), crypto volatility, work approved in Figma/WhatsApp/Telegram

5. Warranty

Bug contradicting brief found in 3 days – we fix free.

6. How to request refund

Write to 4kath.studio@gmail.com subject "Refund - [Project Name]" – project name, stage, date/amount, reason. Reply in 2 business days, refund in 7-10 business days same method (bank or crypto USD equivalent minus network fee).
