1. Services

MVP, landing pages, multi-page sites, redesign, SaaS, mobile apps, e-commerce, presentations. All details in separate contract. Platform / technology is chosen together with client, we don't impose a builder.

2. How we work

Contract only. Official payment in USD, crypto equivalent at invoice rate accepted.

Stage-by-stage work. Each stage approved separately.

Approval channels: Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Figma. "ok", "approved" in WhatsApp/Telegram = official approval.

If access to your platform account is needed – you provide it yourself. We use it only for contract work, no data transfer.

3. Revisions – Important

Exactly 2 rounds per stage. Revisions accepted ONLY in ONE file/document (one Google Doc, one PDF, one Figma thread). If sent in multiple messages/voice notes/screenshots at different times – only first 2 lists count. Rest is extra work billed separately.

4. IP

Rights transfer only after 100% payment. If no NDA, we may show project in portfolio.

5. Liability

Site "as is". Max liability limited to amount paid in last 3 months.
